Another contest, and playing outdoors with my nieces/nephews. :-)

I'm entering another contest! This is kind of a long-shot, but hey, I'd love to win a Super Sounds Soccer Kit for my nephews. And to get a few extra entries, you can blog about fun things you do outdoors with your kids. I don't have kids, but I do have nieces and nephews whom I play with outdoors, so I hope this counts!

I also need to mention that this giveaway is sponsored by Kmart, which has some fun things for outdoor play.

No pictures, though, since I'm not sure how their parents would feel about me putting pictures of them on the Intarwebs. Which is a shame, since they are all cute little buggers.

Last time my nieces and nephews were both over at the same time, they played in our backyard. We have this big ol' tree with low, big, wide branches near the bottom, and they were climbing it. It was my niece's "house."

Then later on, we were all fighting with tree branches! My niece was trying to get me on her side, with my nephew as the villain, and then my 2-year-old nephew came over and challenged her to a duel. Well, not in those words because he's two, but he was defending his brother. :-)

And later still, we were all out in the front drawing with sidewalk chalk.
